Sinsemilla Salsas

  • Add to cooked rice instead of butter.
  • Use on pasta instead of spaghetti.
  • Replace heavy sauces and gravies with salsas.
  • Use as topping for baked potatoes or any grilled meat or fish.
  • Replace high fat condiments such as butter/margarine, sour cream, mayo or guacamole with salsas.
  • Add to sour cream for use as a dip.
  • Use on pizza with cheddar cheese for a Mexican pizza.
  • Make omelets or scrambled eggs with salsas as ingredient or topping.
  • Mix with diced cooked chicken. Heat and serve over pasta.
  • Serve with savory fritters.

Jalapeno Peppers

    • Add to sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, baked potatoes, omelets, scrambled eggs.

    Red Pepper Puree

      • Add to sour cream for a dip.
      • Add to sauces to add smoked flavor. Especially for white sauces on pastas.
      • Top sliced Italian Bread with Red Pepper Puree & Mozzarella Cheese & heat as hors d'oeuvres.
      • Add to oil and vinegar for salad dressing.
      • Top grilled meats, chicken or fish for nice smoked red pepper flavor.


      Saffron Peach Chutney

        • A condiment for curries, vegetable dishes, grilled or steamed fish.
        • A relish for hamburgers or tacos.
        • Topping for baked potatoes.
        • Warmed with a little butter as a garnish for grilled fish.
        • Mix with mayo for salads such as egg, chicken and tuna, perhaps fill tomatoes with salads.
        • Spread on bread or crackers.
        • Use in omelets.
        • Enhances cold meats and salads in sandwiches.
        • Add to stews and casseroles and serve over rice. Add to sour cream or yogurt as a dip
        • Use as a glaze over meats
        • Add to stuffings and sauces for a distinct flavor.
